Smart Water Detector – This has been a lifesaver for preventing flooding when we’re parked at a site with no sewage hookups. We set this on the shower floor and it beeps to notify us when our grey water tank is full and water back flows into the shower. Before we used this detector we had several instances where we were washing dishes and turned around to find that the camper was starting to flood! You can also connect it to your phone and will notify you there if it detects water where it is placed.

Govee Hygrometer Thermometer – We used this during the freezing winters in Washington to ensure that the camper’s underbelly stayed above freezing. This meter is wireless and easily sits underneath the camper to monitor air temperature and humidity. It connects to your phone and you can check the temperature that it shows remotely. It meant that we didn’t have to worry about getting out of bed in the middle of the winter nights to make sure our pipes weren’t frozen.

SimpliSafe 9 Piece Wireless Security System – A camper can be a hard thing to secure. This alarm system was easy to install, offered us the option of choosing where to place the window monitors, had motion detectors, and had a camera that we could use to keep an eye on the camper from. You do have to pay a small monthly fee for the monitoring system, but the peace of mind this system has afforded us is well worth the price. You can control it remotely, and receive an alert to your phone if any unusual activity is found. You choose a disarm code, and if this code is not entered within a set period of time, an alert goes out to local police. It also doubles for us as a pet camera and let us check in on Ares when we’re gone during the day.

AJayHao 3 Pack Shower Caddy Shelf – Camper showers are often sadly lacking in shelves. We installed these black metal shelves, and they have held up wonderfully! They adhere to the walls with multiple strong adhesive hooks and have held up over all the bumpy roads were traveled. The pack includes two wide shelves that fit multiple bottles and one soap holder that also has side hooks for razors.

iHave Toothpaste Dispenser – It’s something you don’t really think about if you don’t live in a camper, but toothpaste storage becomes a high priority. When you are traveling often, items like toiletries can easily become lost or misplaced. This wall mounted dispenser has made sure that we always know where our toothpaste is! I also appreciate the fact that it makes brushing your teeth just a little easier with the push button dispenser.
